The DiSC profiling tool

We use the  DiSC personal assessment tool to improve work productivity, teamwork, and communication. DiSC is non-judgmental and helps people discuss their behavioural differences. Participants in a DiSC programme, are asked to complete a series of questions that produce a detailed report about personality and behaviour.

DiSC profiles help senior executives:

  • Increase self knowledge: the profiles look at how individuals respond to conflict, what  motivates them, what causes them stress, and how they solve problems
  • Learn how to adapt individual styles to get along better with others
  • Foster constructive and creative group interactions.
