Creating a team is one thing.  Achieving maximum potential is quite another.  Our team workshops enable every individual within the group to understand how their personal behavioural strengths can be utilised for maximum effect.  Team members learn how to recognise and value behaviours which are different to theirs, which engenders respect, minimises potential conflict and is a quick start to stronger team performance.

Great performance can be achieved when teams fully understand their brief and make use of their latent talents and strengths. Profiling will help to determine the leaders from the followers, and the best position for each person within the team structure.

Respect and higher performance comes naturally within teams that understand and value their behavioural differences.  Our Team Discovery Workshops are a useful route for teams to begin their journey and commitment to one another.

Misunderstandings and conflict between individuals is often the result of personality differences.  We all behave in certain ways because that is how we have developed since early childhood.  Behaviour is not usually personal to upset others, and yet this is frequently what we hear from those considering themselves as victims.  Profiling gets to the heart of an individual’s underlying strengths and can help to demystify conflict situations.

 

·         Under performance

Very often, individuals accused of under-performance, are holding back on their productivity because of misunderstandings and personal conflicts.  At other times, under-performance is the result of people simply in the wrong role which is not playing to their strengths.  We have helped many people to increase their productivity by identifying roles which better suit their strengths.

·         Conflict resolution

When individuals can identify how and why other people’s behaviour irritates them, they can deal with personality conflicts with greater ease.  People who have ‘opposite’ behaviours to us are often referred to as ‘difficult’ people.  The simple truth is that their behaviour is so different to our own.  These differences can lead to higher performing teams when fully understood, or they can result in team disasters if left unspoken.  Profiling identifies where conflicts are likely and can offer direction for mediation and resolution.
